Influence of the firing temperature on the dielectric properties of ceramics based on barium titanate

The object of the research is firing temperature ceramic materials based on barium titanate. In laboratory conditions, titanate was synthesized from raw carbonate and titanium dioxide using technology, taking into account stoichiometric composition compound. order to study effect properties material, three temperatures were selected: 1270, 1300, 1350 °C. physical samples (imaginary density, water absorption, open porosity) determined by method hydrostatic weighing in water. saturated with after their preliminary evacuation. dielectric characteristics obtained measured an E7-8CLR automated device (Ukraine) at a frequency 1 kHz. structural morphological features ceramics investigated direct scanning electron microscopy X-ray phase analysis.
